John Mande is an Agent and Financial Services Representative of Mande Insurance & Investment Solutions. An Iron Mountain native, John has been in the insurance and investment industry since 1995, holding Life, Health, Property & Casualty licenses, in addition to a LUTCF designation. John graduated from Ferris State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and moved back to the U.P. Staci Mande is an Account Manager and specializes in personal lines of insurance. She has been in the field since 2002 and joined Mande Insurance & Investment Solutions in 2009. Staci holds Life, Health and Property & Casualty licenses, in addition to a Certified Insurance Counselor certification, which demonstrates great commitment and knowledge of the insurance industry. Staci is working toward earning a CPRM certification. A Certified Personal Risk Manager certification is the leading designation for professionals providing insurance and risk management services to high, net-worth clients. After graduating from Fenton High School, in lower Michigan, Staci moved to the U.P. and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from NMU, where she played on the women's soccer team. In addition to spending time with family, Staci enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking and trail running. “Every day this industry is new and exciting as each client’s needs are unique. She carries Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses and also assists with servicing commercial policies for business owners. Natalie graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. She then received a Master's Degree in Counseling. After marrying her husband, Paul, they enjoyed youth ministry for 6 years in Bella Vista, AR. When their daughter, Aubrey, was born they moved to the Upper Peninsula where they have been since 2010. Natalie is very involved at her church, playing the piano and serving on the Board of Deacons. She loves people, traveling, reading, playing the piano, and spending time with her family. Sasha has been with Mande Insurance & Investment Solutions since 2017 and carries licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Sasha graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and has a Master’s in Public Administration in 2013. Sasha is very active and enjoys working out and participates in the women’s volleyball league. Lori Gustafson is a Client Relations and Administrative Coordinator. Outside of work, Lori loves spending time outdoors—hiking with her two children, Sophie and Hank, camping under the stars, or enjoying a quiet moment fishing. Nature keeps her grounded and reminds her of the importance of connection, patience, and presence. She brings that same spirit into her work, greeting every client with warmth and a positive outlook.
